Chocolate Coconut Berry Tart

"So this vegan, gluten free chocolate- coconut beauty lasted exactly 24hr in our house. Seriously good! Even Mr. Sweet tooth thought so!"

Ingredients:

For the base:
1 1/2 cups almond flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
Pinch of sea salt
For the filling:
½ cup canned full-fat coconut milk
1 cup finely chopped dark chocolate
¼ cup berry jam (100% fruit)
Fruit and berries of your choice

Directions:

In a large bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients for the base until well incorporated. Press evenly into a prepared tart pan; set aside in the fridge.

Place finely chopped chocolate in a large bowl. In a small saucepan, bring coconut milk to a boil. Pour hot coconut milk over chocolate and let stand 1 minute, then stir until smooth and creamy. Stir in berry jam. Pour the filling into the prepared crust.

Top with berries and put the tart in the the fridge to set and cool completely, about 1-2 hours. Slice and serve.
