Rolls:
Tuna/salmon
crab sticks
avocado
lettuce
red cabbage
micro greens
yellow pea shoots
rice paper wrappers
micro cilantro
Roll all ingredients up in rice paper rolls. Serve with Umami Bomb Sauce - recipe below.
Umami Bomb Sauce
2 tbsp sriracha
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp vinegar
3 cloves garlic minced
1.5 tsp ponzu sauce (use a gluten free brand)
1/4 tsp soy sauce (use a gluten free brand)
1/4 tsp sesame oil (optional)
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Combine everything and mix well! Enjoy!
