Basic Pizza Dough
- 2 cups of AP Flour
- 1/ 2 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/ 4 teaspoon active dry yeast
- 1/ 2 tablespoon sugar
- 2/ 3 cup of warm water
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
Gochujang Tomato Pizza Sauce
- 1 cup pizza red sauce
- 1 tablespoon gochujang
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Pork Belly, thinly sliced
- Chopped Kimchi
Activate yeast in warm water and sugar until foamy (~5 minutes).
Add in AP Flour, salt, and olive oil. Knead in the bowl until it starts to form a dough.
Transfer onto a floured work surface and continue to knead for 5-7 minutes or until the dough is smooth.
Portion into 2 equal pieces and place into a well-oiled bowl/container. Place in a warm area for at least 30 minutes.
On a floured work surface, gently roll out the dough into a 12-13 inch disc and transfer to a floured pizza peel.
Mix together pizza red sauce and gochujang until well combined
Top pizza dough with a thin layer of gochujang red sauce, followed by mozzarella cheese, pork belly slices, and chopped kimchi.
Place into Ooni 16 Karu Multi-fuel pizza oven for about 1 minute before turning until the pizza is golden brown and cooked through.
Slice and enjoy!
