ingredients

  • 10 eggs
  • 4 cups frozen shredded hash browns
  • 1/2 cup cheese of choice
  • 8 mini precooked chicken breakfast sausages
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Fresh chives
  • Red pepper, diced, optional

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350.

  • Step 2

    Whisk together eggs with seasoning until well combined.

  • Step 3

    Spray each individual glass container with avocado oil spray.

  • Step 4

    Add 1 cup hashbrowns to the bottom of each glass.

  • Step 5

    Cut up chicken sausage and divide between four bowls (sautéed until brown, optional since they are precooked).

  • Step 6

    Divide eggs into four containers by pouring them over the hashbrowns.

  • Step 7

    Top with shredded cheese.

  • Step 8

    Bake for 30-35 mins at 350.

  • Step 9

    After baking top with fresh chives.

  • Step 10

    Enjoy for 4 days in fridge or freeze.
