Bourbon Cherry Sour

This cherry-bourbon cocktail is the perfect balance of sweet and sour. A dash of bitters keeps the sweetness in check. Don't forget the cherry on top! 



Prep time 5mins


  • 2 ounces bourbon
  • 1 ounce cherry syrup,
  • 1 ounce lemon juice
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 dashes celery bitters
  • 1 cherry, pitted, for garnish


  • Step 1

    Combine ingredients in a shaker and shake vigorously without ice to start emulsion. Add ice and shake again to chill and thoroughly emulsify. Strain over ice cubes in a Collins glass and garnish with a pitted cherry on a cocktail pick and serve with a paper/metal/glass straw.
