A Note from Feedfeed

This Ube Swirl Milk Bread is incredibly soft and fluffy due to a technique known as tangzhong. This technique uses a roux "starter, which is mixed into the final dough, producing an incredibly tender bread. Ube purple yam powder and Ube extract are used to create a the beautiful purple loaf swirl. Spread some Ube Hayala for more Ube flavor!
