ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 banana, peeled
- 2/3 cup any plant milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 dash vanilla extract
- cinnamon, to taste
- sea salt, to taste
- frozen blueberries, as desired
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400ΒΊF and grease a small baking dish.
Step 2
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until all ingredients are mixed and a batter consistency is reached.
Step 3
Pour batter into a greased baking dish and top with a handful of blueberries, pressing some down, and bake for 22-25 minutes until the top is crackly and golden. Top with a splash of creamer and cashew butter and enjoy.
