ingredients
- 1 box alphabet pasta, cook according to package directions
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 1/4 cup almond milk
- 2/3 cup pumpkin purée
- 3 tablespoon kitehillfoods chive cream cheese, or regular cream cheese
- 2 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Paprika, to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Step 1
Over medium heat sauté garlic in oil until fragrant. Add all remaining ingredients and stir until thick and creamy, 3-5 minutes. Then, add to a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Toss with pasta and serve!
