Chocolate Stout Layer Cake with Caramel Buttercream

"It’s not always rainbows and sunshine, but hopefully you can still find your own pot of gold this St. Patrick’s Day. For me, it will be challenging myself to come up with creative ways to keep my kids busy, cooking new recipes with pantry staples, socializing over the Internet (oh wait, we already do that so well😘 ), and sharing some happiness in the form of my 5 year old baking (did you catch us making cookies yesterday?).
