ingredients
- 5 tablespoon butter
- 10 cups mini marshmallows
- 6 cups Rice Krispie cereal
Method
Step 1
Line a 9x13 pan with foil and spray lightly with cooking spray.
Step 2
In a large non-stick pot over low heat melt butter. Once the butter is melted add in about 8 cups mini marshmallows, stir constantly.
Step 3
Once the marshmallows are melted remove from the heat and stir in the Rice Krispie cereal until just coated. Stir in the rest of the mini marshmallows.
Step 4
Pour mixture into prepared pan and press evenly.
Step 5
Allow to cool
Step 6
Cut into squares and ENJOY!
