ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 large handfuls fresh spinach
  • 1 package frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 6 slices Finlandia Swiss Cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained
  • sea salt
  • freshly cracked black pepper

Method

  • Step 1

    Heat the oven to 425℉.

  • Step 2

    Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add spinach and cook until softened, 2-3 minutes. Set aside.

  • Step 3

    Unfold puff pastry. Gently roll out into an 8 x 10-inch rectangle, trimming excess dough if needed.

  • Step 4

    Brush dough with a little olive oil. Lay Finlandia Swiss Cheese on top of dough, leaving a ½- inch border around the edge of dough. Scatter the spinach, garlic, and artichoke hearts on top. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Step 5

    Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the puff pastry is puffed and golden brown. Cut into slices and enjoy.
