1 pound mixed fresh mushrooms
2 heads garlic
3 yellow onions
2 red onions

1 head baby bok choy
1 large head broccoli

12 ounces baby purple potatoes
12 ounces Brussels sprouts
8 dried red chilies
1 jalapeno pepper

1 (1 inch) knob ginger
2 limes
1 bunch fresh thyme

2 (28 ounce) cans crushed tomatoes
1 (15 ounce) can coconut milk
1 quart chicken stock
2 quarts vegetable stock
1 (7 pound) beef brisket
2 ½ pounds bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
½ pound sliced bacon
1 (14 ounce) block extra firm tofu
1 (8 ounce) tub sour cream
1 pint heavy cream
1 (8 ounce) tub Greek yogurt
1 dozen large eggs
12 ounces bittersweet chocolate chips
1 pack vegetable stock cubes
1 box GF matzo
1 package GF tortillas
