ingredients
- 500 grams gnocchi
- 1 teaspoon sweet smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 30 grams butter
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 small handful parsley, finely chopped
- 30 grams parmesan
Method
Step 1
Mix together the gnocchi, paprika, salt and oil.
Step 2
Cook In the air-fryer for 12 minutes at 200c, tossing halfway.
Step 3
Meanwhile add the butter and garlic to a saucepan, cook gently over a low heat for 5 minutes until the garlic is soft.
Step 4
Once the gnocchi is cooked, add to a bowl, pour over the butter, add the parsley and Parmesan. Mix and enjoy.
