Air-fryer crispy gnocchi with garlic butter and parmesan. Crunchy on the out side, soft in the middle and coated in delicious garlic butter and parmesan. What’s not to like! They make a great side to steak or you could just eat the entire bowl like I did. Who wants it??

ingredients

  • 500 grams gnocchi
  • 1 teaspoon sweet smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 30 grams butter
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 small handful parsley, finely chopped
  • 30 grams parmesan

Method

  • Step 1

    Mix together the gnocchi, paprika, salt and oil.

  • Step 2

    Cook In the air-fryer for 12 minutes at 200c, tossing halfway.

  • Step 3

    Meanwhile add the butter and garlic to a saucepan, cook gently over a low heat for 5 minutes until the garlic is soft.

  • Step 4

    Once the gnocchi is cooked, add to a bowl, pour over the butter, add the parsley and Parmesan. Mix and enjoy.
