Recipe

1/2 japanese sweet potato (baked whole at 400 degrees for 40-50 min, cooled & cut in half


Add 1/2 mashed avo


topped with hard boiled egg (place egg in cold water on the stove, bring to a boil, take off the heat & cover, set timer for 8 min, throw the egg in an ice bowl to stop cooking, then peel & eat)


sprinkled with sea salt + black pepper + red pepper flakes
