Gluten Free Italian Beef Pasta

INGREDIENTS
8 oz bag of organic gluten free penne pasta (@ancientharvest)
1 lb organic 85/15 ground beef (@wholefoods)
14.5 oz can organic diced tomatoes (@woodstockfoods)
8 oz can organic tomato sauce
1 organic green bell pepper
1 organic yellow bell pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp @simplyorganicfoods Pepper and More seasoning
1/2 Tbsp @simplyorganicfoods garlic herb seasoning
4 oz @nutpods original creamer
2 Tbsp oil (@chosenfoods)
Pinch organic fresh parsley


DIRECTIONS
Heat water in a pot and cook your pasta. When done strain and set aside.

Stir fry beef in a large skillet until it appears medium done and all the juices have released. Remove skillet from heat and use a strainer, strain beef to get all the juices out. Add 1 Tbsp of oil to your skillet. Add beef back to skillet without juices and stir fry on high until deep golden brown. Add 1 Tbsp of pepper seasoning, remove beef from skillet and set aside on a plate.

In same skillet add 1 Tbsp oil and stir fry your bell peppers to a medium golden brown and add remaining 1/2 Tbsp of pepper seasoning to peppers. Reduce heat to low and add diced can of tomatoes and tomato sauce.
Add creamer and garlic herb seasoning to the sauce.

Add pasta and beef back to large skillet and mix all together. Remove from heat. Top off with fresh parsley and serve.
