ingredients
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1 cup unsweetened nut milk of choice
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Simply Organic Garlic Powder
- 3 tablespoons chopped onion
- kosher salt, to taste
- black pepper to taste
Method
Step 1
Soak your cashews for 20-30 mins in hot water, then drain
Step 2
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender (I use a @vitamix_ca) and blend until smooth!
Step 3
Add to your favourite cooked pasta, add some veggies (I did steamed broccoli, peas & spinach. Top with some fresh basil, red pepper flakes & freshly cracked pepper
