Cashew Alfredo Pasta Sauce
EASY Cashew Alfredo Pasta!!⁣ This is one of our family’s go to easy & quick meals! The Alfredo sauce recipe was created by my sister and it’s super creamy & tasty! ⁣ -@purelyplantpowered_

Add ingredients directly to your favorite online grocery cart (where available).

ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1 cup unsweetened nut milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Simply Organic Garlic Powder
  • 3 tablespoons chopped onion
  • kosher salt, to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Method

  • Step 1

    Soak your cashews for 20-30 mins in hot water, then drain⁣

  • Step 2

    Add all ingredients to a high speed blender (I use a @vitamix_ca) and blend until smooth! ⁣

  • Step 3

    Add to your favourite cooked pasta, add some veggies (I did steamed broccoli, peas & spinach. Top with some fresh basil, red pepper flakes & freshly cracked pepper
