4 1/2 inch slices of iceberg lettuce (created by cutting the head of lettuce crosswise)
6 slices of bacon, cooked until crisp, then crumbled
1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 medium cucumber, sliced
2 tbsp sour cream
2 tbsp mayo
2 tsp white vinegar
1/4 cup buttermilk
2 garlic clove, minced
salt and freshly ground black pepper
Combine all of the dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Whisk until well-combined.
Add slices of iceberg lettuce to a plate, then top with bacon, blue cheese, tomatoes and cucumber. Drizzle with dressing and enjoy!
