ingredients
- 2 slices Japanese milk bread, crusts removed
- 2 soft boiled Handsome Brook Farm eggs
- 2 tablespoons Japanese mayonnaise
Method
Step 1
Roughly dice one soft boiled Handsome Brook Farm egg and mix with Japanese mayonnaise.
Step 2
Place the egg salad on top of one slice of bread and top with half of the other soft boiled egg, pressed down in the center.
Step 3
Top with the other slice of bread and cut the sandwich in half. Enjoy!
