ingredients
- 3 blood oranges, sliced into wedges
- 3 apples, sliced thin
- 1/2 cup mission figs
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 bunches of grapes
- 1 pint blackberries
- 1 package Chocolate Provisions by Scharffen Berger 41% Cacao Milk Chocolate + Cacao Nibs Flats
- 1 package Chocolate Provisions by Scharffen Berger 70% Cacao Dark Chocolate W/ Sea Salt Flats
Method
Step 1
Arrange the pecans and blueberries in two small ramekins towards the outer edges of the charcuterie board.
Step 2
Outside and around the small ramekins, place the wedges of blood orange and sliced apples, then add in the bunch of grapes.
Step 3
In several rows, layer in the Scharffen Berger chocolate so that it is presented in the center of the board.
Step 4
Add in the blackberries around the chocolate and fill in any spaces with the mission figs.
