"Coconut shrimp burger with a sweet chili mayo, butterhead lettuce on a buttered brioche. I chopped up jumbo shrimp. Seasoned it with fresh garlic, ginger, cilantro, scallions and lime juice and formed them into a burger patties. Then I dredged the patties in shredded coconut and panko breadcrumbs.
