ingredients
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 cup kale, tightly packed or spinach
- 1/2 cup mint, losely packed
- 1/2 cup basil, losely packed
- 1 inch piece ginger, cut into rounds
- 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
- Plant based milk if needed to loosen the mixture to blend
Method
Step 1
Add all ingredients into a high powered blender, mix until well blended. Add some milk if needed to help loosen the mixture. Serve immediately.
