Mint, Basil and Tropical Fruit Smoothie

"Slow down✨That’s what this persistent flu has taught me. Through January & February I pushed myself to work hard. I loved it, but it was too much. It’s difficult to stop doing what you love. But I stopped the first day I caught this flu and I’ve rested for the past 1,5 weeks. I’m getting my strength back little by little. One green smoothie at a time🌿 My all time favorite green smoothie ingredients: lots of frozen pineapple, frozen mango, ginger, coconut yogurt, greens such as kale & spinach, mint and basil.💚 Hope you are well!   • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup kale, tightly packed or spinach
  • 1/2 cup mint, losely packed
  • 1/2 cup basil, losely packed
  • 1 inch piece ginger, cut into rounds
  • 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
  • Plant based milk if needed to loosen the mixture to blend


  • Step 1

    Add all ingredients into a high powered blender, mix until well blended. Add some milk if needed to help loosen the mixture. Serve immediately.
