Mustard Recipes

I grew up with classic yellow French’s mustard in my fridge. I was never a huge fan, using only a very-small amount on my sandwiches and that’s about it. Many years later, I started doing business with the folks at Mustard and Co. When I first tried their raw brown mustards, my nose was cleared and my eyes watered, and I couldn’t believe that this was the same condiment. I now use mustard not only as a condiment, but an ingredient when cooking. Favorite uses are for roasting veggies and in bloody marys.
