"Raw Caramel Spiced Fudge
With Christmas only around the corner I've been recipe testing some fudge. I absolutely love fudge and always make a batch for the festive season. These are coconut based with a hint of all spice and cinnamon for that taste of Christmas. These got polished in a flash by my 2 kids this afternoon wanting more! I think I need to make a few more different flavored batches. #Yum

Coconut Caramel Fudge

Makes about 12 squares
1/2 cup coconut butter
2-3 Tbs date paste
3-4 tsp of Baobab or powder of choice
1 tsp pure vanilla
In a food processor blend all ingredients until smooth and well combined.
Place in a tray of choice with lined parchment paper and freeze for 30 mins or until set.
Enjoy!
