- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can cheddar cheese condensed soup
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 2 cups freshly shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 6 strips regular-cut bacon (4-5 strips if using thick cut), cooked until crisp and crumbled or chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 (16 ounce) bags Cascadian Farm Organic Frozen Spud Puppies
- Sliced green onions (optional), for garnish

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 450°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan with nonstick spray.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it apart until fully browned. Drain any excess fat.
