Baked Broccoli Mac and Cheese with Parmesan Panko

"If there's one thing we are all needing during this crazy time in the world, it's comfort! I'm working with @annieshomegrown and @thefeedfeed, and we're seeking that out via some good old comfort food, but in an upgraded way! If you've been following for any length of time, I hope that you know I am all about ease in the kitchen. I definitely think that you can eat well without making things over the top or gourmet. That means that boxed mac and cheese absolutely has a place in my kitchen! I am a big fan of @annieshomegrown because of their amazing flavor and the tons of options to serve every dietary need (you can find #glutenfree and #vegan Annie's products!) To make this simple meal feel fancy, I baked the mac and cheese with a crispy parmesan and breadcrumb topping and I added broccoli for a hint of some green on my plate. My whole quarantine gang (the parents and my brother) approved of the dish! My local Co-op where I get my Annie's products (Natural M&C 10/$10 from 8/19 - 9/1!) is @hungryhollowCo-op; find a Co-op near you Comment below and let me know your favorite comfort food that you've been enjoying, and tag me and @annieshomegrown if you make this recipe!"
