ingredients

  • 2 avocados, pitted & flesh scooped out
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • Kosher salt
  • Black pepper 
  • 1 chili pepper, optional
  • 1 package whole wheat wraps
  • 1 cauliflower, broken into small florets
  • 1 cucumber, cut into sticks
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 red pepper, sliced

Method

  • Step 1

    Mix avocado, onion, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a small food processor. Adjust seasonings as needed.

  • Step 2

    Spread wraps with guacamole, then layer on sliced vegetables.
