Roasted Grape With Cheese

  • 1 bunch grapes
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Cheese
  • Drizzle of balsamic vinegar


  • Step 1

    To roast grapes: Preheat oven to 425˚F.

  • Step 2

    Toss a few clusters of large grapes with olive oil and salt and pepper.

  • Step 3

    Add to a sheet pan and roast for about 20-25 minutes, or until the skin starts to blister. Let cool slightly and serve with your favorite cheese and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
