- 1 cup chopped dark chocolate, preferably 66% cacao
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Melt chocolate and butter in a bowl over a pan of simmering water (bain-marie) and remove from heat. Stir in sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, and stir until smooth.
Transfer batter into a springform pan (7 inch diameter) lined with parchment paper and bake for 25-30 minutes. Refrigerate overnight.
