If you're looking for a way to use up all those peaches and nectarines, then look no further. This French toast Bake is made with thick slices of challah bread that are layered in a cake pan and soaked overnight in rich custard made of half & half and eggs. The next morning assemble sliced stone fruit around the challah and bake until golden brown and crispy. While its still hot, glaze this bake with apricot jam and serve with maple syrup and a sprinkling of powdered sugar.
