Lobster rolls are a summer classic! These buttery delicacies usually come packaged in two styles, Connecticut or Maine. The Connecticut style tosses the warm lobster meat in butter and serves it in a traditional bun, while the Maine style is lightly coated in mayo, herbs and fresh lemon and comes on a buttered and toasted split bun.
