Saltine Cracker Christmas Candy

Recipe Intro From lisathompson

This recipe is featured in our 2021 Holiday Cookie Roundup! This delightful recipe comes to us by way of Team Feedfeed's @marandaeve and her grandmother, who whip up batches upon batches of this easy-to-make treat once holiday season hits. Saltine crackers add the perfect salty bite, and a simple dairy-free toffee adds chewiness and rich caramelly notes. Top with your favorite dairy-free dark chocolate until perfectly melty, then smooth and top with walnuts, almonds, or as Maranda's grandmother says: "whatever you want!"
