Berry Chia Pudding Board

Use your favorite chia pudding recipe and put together this fun, vegan chia pudding board allows guests to build their own individual creations. Top with coconut-based whip, a drizzle of almond butter (or another nut butter), a sprinkle of cacao nibs for crunch, and don't forget juicy Driscoll's blackberries and raspberries! Allow guests to get creative with their flavor combinations or make suggestions like vanilla chia pudding, whip, almond butter, Driscoll's raspberries, and crushed vegan cookies or chocolate chia pudding, passion fruit, Driscoll's blackberries, and toasted coconut flakes!

Serves or Makes: 4-5 servings


  • 2 cups Vegan vanilla chia pudding
  • 2 cups Vegan chocolate chia pudding
  • Driscoll's raspberries
  • Driscoll's blackberries
  • Toasted coconut flakes
  • Gluten-free and vegan cookies
  • Passion fruit, halved
  • Coconut-based whip
  • Almond butter
  • Cacao nibs
  • Granola
  • Fresh mint, for garnish


  • Step 1

    Spoon chia pudding into individual jars and refrigerate until ready to serve.

  • Step 2

    Arrange generous piles of Driscoll's raspberries and Driscoll's blackberries on a large board. Add small bowls of toasted coconut flakes, cacao nibs, almond butter, and coconut-based whip to board. Place jars of chilled chia pudding on board, then fill in any spaces with more berries, passion fruit halves, and cookies.
