  • 2 tablespoons Rava /Semolina
  • 1 teaspoons Whole Wheat Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Rice Flour
  • To Taste Salt
  • To Taste Sugar
  • 1/2 cups Oil
  • 1 teaspoons Ginger Chilli paste


  • Step 1

    Take a bowl. Put the whole wheat flour,Suji, Rice Flour. Add salt and sugar to taste. Add 1 tsp Ginger Chilli paste. Mix everything. Add water and make a batter. Rest it for 30 minutes.

  • Step 2

    Brush oil in pan. Pour Dosa batter with a ladle. Fry it in medium-low flame.

  • Step 3

    Once one side gets cooked,flip it. Transfer to a plate once both side gets cooked. Serve with coconut chutney.
