ingredients
- 250 grams Paneer
- 1 pieces chopped Tomato
- 1 teaspoons Garam Masala Powder
- 1 teaspoons Coriander Powder
- To Taste Salt
- To Taste Sugar
- 1/2 cups Rice Bran Oil
- 1 teaspoons Turmeric Powder
Method
Step 1
Cut paneer into cubes. Sprinkle salt and turmeric powder on them. Fry them golden and set aside.
Step 2
Chop palak into fine pieces. Put it in pan. Cook in Medium Flame. Cover with a lid. Let it cool and transfer to a blender. Chop tomato and put it in blender. Make paste.
Step 3
Temper oil with 1 tsp sugar. Put the paste. Cook in medium flame till raw smell goes away. Add water. Add 1 tsp Coriander Powder and 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder. Cook for few minutes.
Step 4
Let the water absorb the flavour. Add Fried Paneer pieces. Mix everything. Sprinkle 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder and finish cooking.
