Method

  • Step 1

    Coat eggs with turmeric powder and salt. Pour oil in pan. Fry them golden. Take out on a plate.

  • Step 2

    Chop tomato and onion into thin slices. Fry them golden. Let it cool. Transfer to a blender. Add garlic cloves and ginger. Make paste.

  • Step 3

    Put the paste in pan. Add salt to taste. Put curd in a Bowl. Add 1 Tsp Turmeric powder. Make paste. Put the paste in pan. Cook till raw smell of masala goes away.

  • Step 4

    Add water next. As water starts boiling, put fried eggs in pan. Sprinkle 1 Tsp Garam Masala powder and mix everything. Put off flame.
