ingredients
- 200 grams Fig
- 2 slices Potato Wedges
- 4 tablespoons Gram Flour
- 2 teaspoons Rice flour
- 2 teaspoons Whole wheat flour
- To Taste Sugar
- To Taste Salt
- 1 teaspoons Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoons Garam Masala powder
- 1 teaspoons Coriander powder
- 2 tablespoons Mustard Oil
Method
Step 1
Perboil potato wedges and figs. Mash potatoes and add figs. Mix everything. Add turmeric powder, garam Masala powder and Coriander powder. Add salt and sugar to taste.
Step 2
Add rice flour, gram Flour and whole wheat flour. Mix everything and knead dough. Make kebabs from the dough.
Step 3
Pour oil in pan. Put kebabs in pan. Fry golden. Take out from oil. Serve hot.
