ingredients
- 300 grams Paneer
- 1 cups boiled Potato Wedges
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1 teaspoons Garam masala powder
- 1 teaspoons Turmeric powder
- To Taste Salt
- To Taste Sugar
- Mustard oil
- 1/2 teaspoons Jeera
- 1 pieces sliced Tomato
- 1 1/2 Ginger slice
Method
Step 1
Coat Panner with salt and turmeric powder and fry them golden. Pour oil in pan. Temper with 1/2 Tsp Jeera. Put potato wedges in pan. Fry them golden.
Step 2
Make paste of tomato slices and ginger. Put it in pan. Keep frying. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and salt to taste. Cook till raw smell of masala goes away.
Step 3
Add fried paneer. Coat with the masala. Add water and wait till water absorbs the flavour. Cover with a lid and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Remove lid and toss again. Serve hot.
