ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups Whole wheat flour
  • 4 pieces Potatoes
  • 1 teaspoons Garam Masala powder
  • 1 teaspoons Black pepper powder
  • To Taste Salt
  • Oil
  • Coriander leaves

Method

  • Step 1

    Boil Potatoes and take them in the bowl. Add salt to taste, black pepper powder, Garam Masala powder and mix well. Stuffing is ready.

  • Step 2

    Take whole wheat flour in a Bowl. Add salt to taste. Add two Slice potato. Start kneading. Add water in between. Set aside the dough for 15 minutes.

  • Step 3

    Make small ball from the dough. Make a hole. Add teaspoon of Potato mixture. Wrap again. Roll paratha. Pour oil in pan. Put Paratha for frying. Fry them golden. Set aside and serve with chutney.
