Method

  • Step 1

    Take chicken pieces on a plate. Sprinkle 1 Tsp Turmeric powder and salt on them. Add curd. Coat well and marinate for 30 minutes.

  • Step 2

    Put it in cooker. Add little bit water and cook for 1 whistle. Chop tomato, onion and garlic cloves and ginger slice. Make paste. Pour oil in pan. Put the masala paste in pan. Add salt to taste. Put Potato slices next. Cook for few minutes. Add pressure cooked chicken pieces. Coat them with the masala. Cook for few minutes. Add chicken stock next. Add little bit water.

  • Step 3

    Cover with a lid and cook for 15 minutes. Remove lid, sprinkle 1 Tsp Garam Masala powder and mix well. Put off flame.
