ingredients
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2/3 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon sour cream
- 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
- White chocolate or regular whipped cream, optional
- Blueberries, optional, for topping
- 1 dozen prepared mini tart shells
Method
Step 1
Heat oven to 325˚ F.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix eggs, lemon juice, sour cream & sugar. Spoon mixture into tart shells. Bake 15-18 mins.
Step 3
Top with whipped cream & fruit, if desired.
