ingredients

  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2/3 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
  • White chocolate or regular whipped cream, optional
  • Blueberries, optional, for topping
  • 1 dozen prepared mini tart shells

Method

  • Step 1

    Heat oven to 325˚ F.

  • Step 2

    In a large bowl, mix eggs, lemon juice, sour cream & sugar. Spoon mixture into tart shells. Bake 15-18 mins.

  • Step 3

    Top with whipped cream & fruit, if desired.
