Recipe Intro From kitchnkid
A classic waffle recipe made mini! You don't need a special waffle iron to make these, just divide the batter into small sections when cooking, and break the waffles apart after they have cooked.
You can use any flour you'd like in this recipe; we prefer whole wheat.

Ingredients
2 cups flour (whole wheat or flour of choice
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tbsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Directions
Stir together the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Make a well and add the buttermilk, milk, eggs & butter. Stir until just combined. It's okay if it looks lumpy.
Grease waffle maker and heat. Add 1/2 cup of the batter into 2-4 small increments, depending on the size of your waffle maker. (It's okay if the waffles run together; break them apart later.)
Top with blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and other seasonal fruit!
