A Note from Feedfeed

A popular Japanese dish, this chicken teriyaki is air-fried and then tossed in a sweet and savory teriyaki sauce. It is usually served with white rice, but can also be served with alternative grains such as konjac rice which is a low-carb, low-calorie option, made from the konjac plant.

ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced `
  • 1 roasted sesame seeds
  • 1 konjac rice

Method

  • Step 1

    Marinate everything together with the sesame oil and teriyaki sauce overnight

  • Step 2

    Air fry the preparation for 20 minutes at 400°F (or cook it in a pan skin-side first for 5 minutes on medium-high heat, then 5 minutes on the other side).

  • Step 3

    Rince your konjac rice 2-3 times and heat it in a pan for 2-3mn

  • Step 4

    Serve immediately.
