Chicken Teriyaki with Konjac Rice

Serves or Makes: 1
- 2 boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 teriyaki sauce
- 1/ 2 red bell pepper, sliced `
- 1 roasted sesame seeds
- 1 konjac rice
Marinate everything together with the sesame oil and teriyaki sauce overnight
Air fry the preparation for 20 minutes at 400°F (or cook it in a pan skin-side first for 5 minutes on medium-high heat, then 5 minutes on the other side).
Rince your konjac rice 2-3 times and heat it in a pan for 2-3mn
