- 1/2 cups of powdered milk
- 1 cups of water
- 2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 5 cup bread flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 stick softened unsalted butter
- 2 teaspoons oil

Step 1
In a bowl, combine powdered milk (if using), water, yeast, and sugar. Stir gently and let sit for 5 minutes to activate the yeast.

Beat in the eggs until well combined.

Gradually add the bread flour and salt, mixing until the dough starts to come together.

Add the softened butter and oil, and knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
