ingredients
- 1 bag House Cut Fries with Sea Salt
- 4 hotdogs
- Ketchup, for drizzling
- Kewpie mayo, for drizzling
- Chopped cilantro, for sprinkling
Method
Step 1
Layer frozen fries onto a parchment lined baking sheet and bake according to package instructions. While the fries are cooking, slice the hotdogs crosswise on the diagonal.
Step 2
Sear the hotdogs over medium-high heat until crispy on both sides. Remove the fries from the oven and layer the hotdogs on top.
Step 3
Drizzle ketchup and mayonnaise on top, sprinkle with cilantro and serve.
