Make Peruvian-inspired Salchipapas using Alexia Foods House Cut Fries with Sea Salt. The Salchipapas are served with seared hot dogs, ketchup, kewpie mayo, and chopped cilantro. Talk about a tasty snack!

Method

  • Step 1

    Layer frozen fries onto a parchment lined baking sheet and bake according to package instructions. While the fries are cooking, slice the hotdogs crosswise on the diagonal.

  • Step 2

    Sear the hotdogs over medium-high heat until crispy on both sides. Remove the fries from the oven and layer the hotdogs on top.

  • Step 3

    Drizzle ketchup and mayonnaise on top, sprinkle with cilantro and serve.
