Baked Pumpkin Spice Doughnuts With Cinnamon Sugar

The recipe linked here is for one of our favorite baked pumpkin spice doughnut recipes. They happen to be gluten free, but you could use regular all purpose flour as well. For the cinnamon sugar, combine 1 tbsp cinnamon with 1/4 cup granulated sugar. Sprinkle the doughnuts with the cinnamon sugar after you remove them from the pan. You won't need all of the cinnamon sugar, save any leftover for another use.
