Chickpea Linguine with Parmesan and Roasted Tomatoes

Add ingredients directly to your favorite online grocery cart (where available).
- 4 ounces chickpea linguine, cooked according to package directions
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped basil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- Handful cherry tomatoes, halved
Combine pasta, butter and basil in a pot. Turn heat to low and mix together until butter is melted and linguine is evenly coated.
Divide between 2 bowls. Serve warm topped with Parmesan cheese and tomatoes.
