  • 4 ounces chickpea linguine, cooked according to package directions
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped basil
  • 1/ 4 cup grated Parmesan
  • Handful cherry tomatoes, halved


  • Step 1

    Combine pasta, butter and basil in a pot. Turn heat to low and mix together until butter is melted and linguine is evenly coated.

  • Step 2

    Divide between 2 bowls. Serve warm topped with Parmesan cheese and tomatoes.
