ingredients

  • 4 cups riced cauliflower
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese style spread
  • 2 avocados, sliced
  • 8 slices smoked salmon
  • 4 poached eggs
  • Everything bagel seasoning
  • Dill

Method

  • Step 1

    Spray waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray and turn on to medium heat.

  • Step 2

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Add 1/8 the batter to the waffle iron and cook for 5-6 minutes, until waffle is golden. Remove and repeat with remaining batter.

  • Step 3

    Top waffles with cream cheese, avocado, smoked salmon, egg and spices.
