When you're hankering for a classic but you need to adapt. This classic Manhattan inspired bourbon cocktail has a little twist with substituting sweet vermouth with sweet wine! Garnish with luxardo cherries!

ingredients
- 2 ounces bourbon, or rye
- 1 ounce any sweet fortified wine
- 2 dashes of angostura bitters
- 1/4 ounce Luxardo cherry syrup, plus 2 Luxardo cherries
- Ice
Method
Step 1
Add everything except the whole cherries and mix well with a bar spoon. Garnish with the whole cherries; serve.
