Summer cocktails are simple. They need to be bubbly, colorful and delicious! This strawberry cocktail is fruity and floral from the edible flower decorations. Gin and tonics are easy to make and make per glass or for a small group!

ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup ice
- 3 ounces gin
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 8 ounces tonic water
- Fresh hibiscus flowers, for garnish
- Lime wedges, for garnish
Method
Step 1
Add strawberries to a medium blender. Blend on high speed until strawberries form a purรฉe. Add 1/2 cup ice, strawberry purรฉe, 1.5 ounces gin, 2 tablespoons lime juice and 4 ounces of tonic water. Stir to mix well. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
